Role Equipment Designed to Expand Your Mission Profile & Maximise Revenue

Increase Your Functionality, Expand Your Mission Profile

Our manufacturing division was established as a result of repeated requests for specialist role equipment and modifications for rotorcraft many years ago. Throughout the development stages of our role equipment design and manufacture, we collaborate closely with operators, designing products that are cost effective, reliable and that ultimately increase an operator’s mission capability, often enabling increased revenue. Each new product we develop is a result of in-field requirements by operators, and you will find our unique creations in wide use throughout New Zealand, Australia, the United States and other countries worldwide.

Airbus AS350 Spray System

Our AS350 Spray System is used and highly recommended by many of New Zealand and Australia's leading agriculture operators, making complex spraying missions safe, simple and easy.

AIRBUS AS350 / AS355 CARGO POD

Our AS350 and AS355 cargo pods have been specifically designed to meet operator demand from various aviation industries including heliskiing, tourism and routine utility operations.

Standard colour is gloss white, but customised colours are available to colour match to your helicopter (POA).

MD500 SPRAY SYSTEM

Our high strength, low weight MD500 spray system is easy to use and install, and allows increased productivity and efficiency for agricultural operators.

AIRBUS AS350 BIKE RACK

Our Airbus AS350 Bike Rack is a high quality and effective addition to any AS350 operator wanting to increase their mission profile by tapping into the tourism and adventure markets. Made from aluminium alloy, our bike rack holds up to 6 bikes and can be configured to either the left hand, right hand or both. Can be powder coated to your choice of colour (POA). Get in touch if you have an alternative aircraft model and would like to explore bike rack options.

Airbus AS350 Pilot Seat Shift Kit

Our AS350 Seat Shift Kit increases the safety of external load operations, allowing the pilot to adjust the seat up to 100mm outboard in order to reach controls easily whilst the seat is fully slid out. Compatible with both Crashworthy and Non-Crashworthy seats, our seat shift kit includes extensions to both the collective control and right hand pedal.

AIRBUS AS350 CARGO SWING SYSTEM

Our AS350 Cargo Swing System includes a cargo hook swing frame and restraint cables for external load operations, compatible with electrical and hydraulic mechanical release hook installations. Our welded steel cargo swing frame allows for greater external load to be carried, with a greater range of motion and maneuvers.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Oceania Aviation provide Aero Support with an exceptional level of service, whichever division we are working with. We are a long-time customer of their engine overhaul workshop, and we are always happy with both the quick turnaround time and the quality of the results. Oceania’s Parts team are also an asset to our business - if they don’t happen to have a part or component in stock (which is rare), they go above and beyond to source what we need!
