Flightline Aviation holds NZCAA and EASA Part 145 Approvals.

Rotary Wing Maintenance

As an authorised Service Centre for Sikorsky Global Helicopters - Light Helicopter Division (Schweizer/Hughes) we carry a full complement of spares and factory tooling. We will perform routine and heavy maintenance, engine and component overhaul and repair, major airframe repair and refurbishment, installation of factory service kits, avionic and radio installations as well as incorporating approved STC's.

Flightline Aviation can offer a comprehensive maintenance package to keep your machine flying. Our full engine overhaul and component overhaul facility allows our engineers to give prompt, efficient maintenance turnarounds.

We carry a full range of tooling along with the latest Chadwick 2000 balancing equipment for quick and efficient main rotor, tail rotor and fan wheel balancing.
